The round was led by Tiger Global and Alphabet's venture arm GV, with participation from existing investors including Benchmark, Sequoia, and Greenoaks. Sierra provides AI customer service agent products for enterprises. The company's annualized recurring revenue has surpassed $150 million within eight quarters.
