Skyfall AI Raises $1M to Test AI CEO Managing Real B2B SaaS Company

According to Odaily, Skyfall AI, a startup founded by former Microsoft AI researchers, has announced plans to invest up to $1 million to acquire and operate a small B2B SaaS or e-commerce company under full AI management. The experiment aims to validate whether an AI system can effectively oversee core business functions including pricing, marketing, customer support, finance, and operations. Co-founders Sam Pasupalak and Kaheer Suleman believe current AI development focuses narrowly on autonomous individual employees, rather than true organizational autonomy. The team plans to publish both successes and failures throughout the trial.
