SMCI Raises $7 Billion in June to Address $39 Billion Order Backlog

According to Goldman Sachs' June 30 AI Pulse report, SMCI raised $7 billion in June to address approximately $39 billion in accumulated orders across more than 20 customers. The funding will be used to secure upstream components in advance.

Goldman Sachs' June AI market pulse tracked seven major transactions totaling nearly $7 billion. Key deals include Argentum AI signing a $4.1 billion contract to deploy 27,000 GB300 GPUs for a leading AI firm in Poland, and India's Yotta Sovereign Cloud committing $2 billion to purchase 20,736 B300 and 5,120 B200 GPUs.
