South Korea's FSS Requests EcoPro BM to Amend 1.2 Trillion Won Share Offering Filing

According to South Korea's Financial Supervisory Service (FSS), on July 14, the regulator requested battery maker EcoPro BM to amend its securities filing for a 1.2 trillion Korean won ($920 million) capital raise. The FSS determined that the company's disclosure failed to meet proper format requirements or contained incomplete or misleading information that could hinder investment decisions. The filing has been suspended pending amendments within three months; failure to comply will result in withdrawal of the application.
