According to Yonhap Infomax, South Korea's National Security Council held its standing committee meeting on July 16 to review trade and security matters with the United States. The meeting was chaired by National Security Director Wi Sung-lac and attended by officials from the finance, trade, and fair trade agencies, along with Ambassador Kang Kyung-wha, who returned temporarily from Washington for the session.
