SpaceX IPO First-Day Free Float Market Cap Estimated at $440B-$530B on $1.75T Valuation

According to ChainCatcher, SpaceX's first-day free float market cap is estimated at $440 billion to $530 billion, based on a $1.75 trillion valuation with 25%-30% free float ratio. The estimate assumes the company will go public ahead of Nasdaq's new "Fast Entry" rule taking effect on May 1, 2026, which allows companies in the top 40 of the Nasdaq-100 index to be fast-tracked into the index within 15 trading days of listing. Based on Nasdaq-100 weighting calculations, SpaceX would directly enter the top 10 largest weight stocks.
