SpaceX Plans $20 Billion Investment-Grade Bond Offering as Early as Next Week

According to Reuters and other reports, SpaceX plans to issue at least $20 billion in investment-grade bonds as early as next week, with underwriting banks set to hold investor conference calls to discuss the offering. This will mark SpaceX's first investment-grade debt issuance. The proceeds will be used to refinance a $20 billion bridge loan maturing in September 2027. Five major banks—Bank of America, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley—are expected to lead the offering.
