According to Bloomberg, Stellantis and Nissan are discussing the acquisition of specific assets from Marelli Holdings, which is undergoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy restructuring. Stellantis is pursuing Marelli's suspension business, while Nissan is targeting its cockpit assets as part of broader efforts to rescue the automotive supplier.
