Switzerland's Gold Exports Fall 3% in June as Shipments to UK Decline to 27.4 Tons

According to Swiss customs data reported by Jin10, Switzerland's gold exports fell 3% month-on-month in June, primarily due to declining shipments to the United Kingdom, the world's largest over-the-counter gold trading hub. Exports to the UK dropped to 27.4 tons from 39.4 tons in May.

Meanwhile, gold exports to India rebounded to 7.4 tons from 955 kilograms in May, following New Delhi's earlier increase in precious metals import tariffs. Exports to Saudi Arabia surged threefold to 10.3 tons in June.
