GRAM-2.81%
According to Globenewswire, Nasdaq-listed TON Strategy Company announced on July 17 that it has completed its exit from traditional social e-commerce and software businesses inherited from Verb Technology, and will refocus on Gram (TON ecosystem token) asset management and TON ecosystem support. The restructuring primarily involves divesting MARKET.live traditional agency and livestream e-commerce services, as well as LyveCom social commerce software operations. The company expects this transition to reduce annual cash operating expenses by approximately $4 million and streamline its cost structure. Financial impacts are projected to begin reflecting in the company's second quarter 2026 earnings report.
