WBTC-0.15%
Travala launched the world's first end-to-end agentic AI travel protocol on June 11, enabling autonomous software agents to search, book, and pay for 2.2 million hotels, including Marriott, Hilton, and IHG properties. The platform offers a 10% cbBTC (Coinbase Wrapped Bitcoin) rebate to developers who build AI agents using Travala Travel MCP. The protocol operates on Base blockchain using the x402 payment standard, enabling near-instant USDC settlement with low transaction costs and security features including ERC-7715 session keys for payment authorization.
