Trendforce Raises DRAM Price Forecast to 90-95% Q1 Growth, NAND Flash to 55-60%

According to Trendforce, on July 6, the memory chipmaker raised its Q1 2026 price growth forecasts amid intensifying AI and data center demand. Conventional DRAM contract prices are now forecast to rise 90-95% quarter-over-quarter, up from the previous estimate of 55-60%, while NAND Flash contract prices are revised to 55-60% growth from 33-38%.

The firm noted that suppliers maintain strong pricing power and did not rule out potential further upward revisions.
