Trump Account Opens for Enrollment on July 4, Allows Up to $5,000 Annual Contributions

According to Odaily and war.gov, the Trump Account will open for enrollment and initial contributions on July 4. The program allows parents to establish tax-deferred investment accounts for children under 18, with a maximum annual contribution limit of $5,000. Family members, friends, and employers can add funds to the account. Upon the account holder's 18th birthday, the account automatically converts to a traditional IRA structure.
