According to state media CCTV, on July 23, U.S. President Trump said he was "seriously considering" resuming large-scale military operations against Iran. He also warned that if Houthi forces attack Saudi vessels again, the U.S. will hold Iran responsible and impose "significant military punishment" on both Iran and the militant group.
