UAE Raises Crude Output to 3.8M Barrels Per Day in June After OPEC Exit

According to Reuters, the United Arab Emirates raised crude oil production to above 3.8 million barrels per day in June, approaching near-record levels following its May exit from the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and OPEC+. Two sources familiar with production data said the June output represents the highest level since April 2020, as the country seeks to lift production quotas previously imposed by the cartel.
