Ukraine Denies Russian Claims of Full Control Over Luhansk Region

Gate News message, April 21 — Ukraine's Third Assault Brigade spokesman Aleksandr Borodin stated on April 21 that Ukrainian forces continue to hold positions in the Nadia, Novoyehorivka, and Hlekove areas of Luhansk region, denying Russian claims of complete control over the territory.

Borodin noted that the brigade had previously rejected similar assertions on April 1, indicating this is a recurring dispute over territorial control in the contested region.
