Ukraine Rejects Russia's Proposal to Transfer Fallen Soldiers' Remains on July 5

According to Russia's Defense Ministry on July 5, Ukraine rejected Russia's proposal regarding the transfer of fallen Ukrainian soldiers' remains. On July 4, Russia's Defense Ministry announced it was preparing a humanitarian operation to transfer the bodies and proposed a ceasefire in Konstantinovka from 12:00 to 18:00 Moscow time on July 6, asking Ukraine to decide on the remains transfer by 12:00 Moscow time on July 5. Ukraine has not commented on the matter.
