Ukraine Strikes Russian Oil Facilities and 3 Tankers in Black Sea on July 19

According to President Zelensky, Ukrainian forces struck Russian targets on July 19, with Ukraine's Security Service destroying three oil storage facilities and another fuel depot in the Stavropol region. Ukrainian military also accurately hit three Russian oil tankers in the Black Sea, Zelensky said. Earlier that day, Russian forces launched a counteroffensive, firing more than 40 missiles of various types, with most targeting Kyiv.
