Ukraine Willing to Hold Leader Talks with Russia in Third Country Capital Outside Moscow and Minsk

Yermak told reporters that Ukraine hopes to achieve "new diplomatic momentum" through such talks. Ukraine has requested assistance from multiple countries, including Turkey, to organize the meeting.

Yermak confirmed that Ukraine has formally approached Turkey with this request and has also made contact with several other nations regarding the potential venue and arrangements for the leadership summit.
