U.S. Tech Stocks Fall 3.43% on July 15, Dell Down 9.80%

The AI Winners Index declined 2.51% to 400.58 points, with Dell, Western Digital, SanDisk, Micron, and Lumentum among the major losers. Meta, Alphabet, and Oracle were top performers. The AI Software Pioneers Index fell 0.18% to 110.87 points.
