Vita International Reports Full-Year Profit Up 17%, Plans 13.5-Cent Final Dividend

Vita International (00345) reported full-year net profit of 274 million yuan for the year ended March 31, 2026, up 16.94% year-on-year. The company proposed a final dividend of 13.5 cents per share, bringing total annual dividends to 17.5 cents, up 23.24% compared with the previous year.

Revenue declined 3.39% to 6.061 billion yuan, mainly due to weak business conditions in mainland China and Hong Kong, particularly in Macau and Vita Plaza. Operating profit rose 18.25% to 430 million yuan, driven by gains from the sale of Vita Shanghai's land and buildings, as well as improved cost control.
