ZEC-3.78%

According to Zcash founder Zooko Wilcox, an AI-assisted security audit commissioned by Shielded Labs found no new serious vulnerabilities in the protocol after developers fixed the Orchard bug on June 3. The audit, conducted by Anthropic's Claude Mythos model, cleared the privacy-focused cryptocurrency's design.

The Orchard vulnerability existed for approximately four years and was discovered by security researcher Taylor Hornby with assistance from Claude Opus 4.8. The Zcash Foundation confirmed no evidence of exploitation, unauthorized ZEC creation, or exposure of user private data. ZEC price has begun recovering after declining over 45% in early June.
