AMD and Samsung Near Completion of HBM4 Supply Contract; Helios Shipments Expected in Q3

According to Seoul Economic Daily, on July 24, AMD CEO Su Zifeng stated the company is near completion of formal contract negotiations with Samsung Electronics for large-scale HBM4 supply. AMD's AI server system Helios has entered mass production and is expected to begin shipments by the end of Q3. The two companies signed a memorandum of understanding in March covering Samsung's priority supply of HBM4 to AMD's next-generation AI accelerators and foundry collaboration.
