Bitcoin Miner Ionic Digital Gets SEC Approval, Set to List on Nasdaq on July 28 with Ticker IOND

According to ChainCatcher, Bitcoin miner Ionic Digital announced that the SEC has declared effective its registration statement, paving the way for the company to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 28, 2026 under the ticker symbol IOND. The company will use a direct listing rather than a traditional IPO, meaning no new shares will be issued and no capital will be raised through the listing. The direct listing will allow existing registered shareholders to sell their holdings directly in the public market, providing liquidity to investors including those who received shares through the Celsius Network bankruptcy reorganization.
