Bitcoin MVRV Z-Score Falls to 0.42, Signals Undervaluation but No Capitulation Yet

According to CryptoQuant analyst Axel Adler Jr., Bitcoin's MVRV Z-Score has fallen to 0.42, approximately four times lower than the historical average of 1.7, indicating the asset is trading in an undervalued zone. However, the metric has not dipped into negative territory, meaning the market has not yet seen the "capitulation" selling typically associated with cycle bottoms.

Bitcoin's 7-day realized profit and loss has turned positive to approximately $239 million, suggesting on-chain selling pressure has eased. The market is currently in a phase of undervaluation and short-term stabilization, though no definitive capitulation signal confirming a cycle bottom has emerged.
