CFTC: Speculators Increase Net Short Positions in U.S. Treasury Futures Week of June 16

According to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), speculators increased net short positions in CBOT 2-year U.S. Treasury futures by 50,669 contracts to 1,270,507 contracts in the week ended June 16.

In the same period, speculators added 47,275 contracts to their net short positions in CBOT 10-year U.S. Treasury futures, bringing the total to 911,082 contracts.
