Federal Reserve Has 77% Probability of Holding Rates in July, CME FedWatch Shows

According to CME FedWatch, as of July 6, the Federal Reserve has a 77% probability of keeping rates unchanged in July and a 23% probability of raising rates by 25 basis points.

Looking ahead to September, the Fed faces a 41.9% probability of maintaining rates, a 47.6% probability of cumulative 25 basis point increase, and a 10.5% probability of cumulative 50 basis point increase.
