Crypto social trading startup Fomo raised $75 million in a Series B round led by Index Ventures, valuing the company at $550 million roughly a year after launch. Union Square Ventures and Benchmark co-invested, with angel investors including Zynga co-founder Mark Pincus, Eventbrite co-founder Kevin Hartz, and Discord CEO Humam Sakhnini.
Fomo has attracted over 625,000 traders since launch, generating $4 billion in trading volume and onboarding 68,000 first-time crypto buyers via Apple Pay. The company enables users to trade assets across multiple blockchains through a single interface with a social layer offering copy-trading and real-time position feeds.
