Foreign Investors Net-Sell SK Hynix, Samsung Electronics; Shift to AI Chip Supply Chain Stocks in July

According to Korea Exchange, foreign investors net-sold SK Hynix for 6.9996 trillion Korean won and Samsung Electronics for 6.6697 trillion won during July 1-16, while simultaneously accumulating shares in semiconductor supply chain companies. Top net-buys included LG Innotek (785.2 billion won), Hanmi Semiconductor (364.1 billion won), DB HiTek (300.9 billion won), and Rino Industrial (244.2 billion won), reflecting selective rotation into AI-beneficiary segments including chipsets, testing equipment, power management semiconductors, and substrates.
