Goldman Sachs Private Credit Fund Stays Below 5% Redemption Threshold at 3.24% in Q2

According to Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs Private Credit Corp. received redemption requests representing 3.24% of its shares in Q2 2026, remaining well below the 5% threshold that typically triggers redemption restrictions for most institutional asset managers. The fund satisfied all redemption requests in full, according to regulatory filings submitted on Wednesday. In the previous quarter, investors had requested redemptions of 4.999% of the fund's shares, just below the redemption-limiting trigger. Other major asset managers, including Apollo Global Management and BlackRock, faced significantly higher redemption pressures in Q2 as investors who were previously blocked from withdrawing sought to exit their positions.
