According to Herald Economy, Hanshing Corporation's stock hit 8,460 won on July 10, surging 114.4% from a June 26 low of 3,945 won in just 10 trading days. The company recorded back-to-back daily price limits on July 9-10, with market capitalization jumping from 257 billion won to over 525 billion won. According to Korea Exchange data, institutional investors and other corporations led the rally, with net purchases of 104.2 million won and 225.27 million won respectively during the period, as the company escaped imminent delisting risk under Seoul's newly strengthened market capitalization thresholds.
