Hungary's Tisza Party Wins 141 Seats in Parliamentary Election, Securing Two-Thirds Majority

Gate News message, April 18 — Hungary's National Election Office released final results from the April 12 parliamentary election, showing Tisza Party, led by Peter Magyar, secured 141 of 199 seats in parliament, exceeding a two-thirds absolute majority.

Prime Minister Viktor Orban's governing coalition, comprising Fidesz (Christian Democrats) and the Christian Democratic People's Party, obtained 52 seats combined, while the far-right Our Homeland party won 6 seats.
