IAEA Director Grossi Holds Meeting on Iran Nuclear Issue on June 21

According to CCTV, IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi met with Swiss Foreign Minister Karin Cassis on June 21 in Burgenstock, Switzerland, to discuss recent developments in Iran and the Agency's role in nuclear verification. U.S. Presidential Special Envoy Steve Wittkoff had previously stated that Iran would invite the IAEA to inspect its nuclear facilities. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani denied this claim, stating that restoring IAEA access to facilities blocked due to U.S. and Israeli strikes would depend on the progress and outcome of ongoing negotiations.
