According to Jin10, Iran's Judiciary Chief Mohseni Ejei stated on July 6 that the U.S. and Israel are pursuing negotiations and ceasefire proposals from positions of military defeat. He emphasized that the U.S. initiated talks while Israel was forced to propose a ceasefire.
