Iran's Supreme Leader Says Gulf Region Without U.S. Presence Will Have Bright Future

According to PANews, on April 30, Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba stated that a Gulf region without U.S. presence would have a bright future. He said Tehran and its Gulf neighbors share a common destiny, and that a new management approach for the Strait of Hormuz would benefit the region. The Supreme Leader added that the U.S. military presence on coastal nations' territories is a primary source of insecurity in the area.
