According to Yonhap Infomax, LG Energy Solution returned to profitability in the second quarter of 2026 on July 7, recording 1.133 trillion won in operating profit. This marks a recovery from the company's 2.078 trillion won operating loss in Q1.

Revenue for Q2 reached 7.56 trillion won, surpassing analyst consensus of 7.38 trillion won and climbing 15.3% from Q1's 6.56 trillion won. However, the operating profit figure fell short of the market consensus of 1.798 trillion won.
