MicroStrategy Buys 520 Bitcoin for $35M at $67,068 Per BTC Between June 15-21

According to an 8-K filing, MicroStrategy purchased 520 Bitcoin for approximately $35 million between June 15 and June 21, at an average price of $67,068 per BTC, including fees. The acquisition was funded through the company's at-the-market equity program, which raised $335.5 million from selling 2.71 million Class A shares during the same period. MicroStrategy now holds 847,363 BTC acquired for approximately $64.1 billion, with an average cost basis of $75,651 per coin.

MSTR stock rose about 3% in premarket trading following the announcement, as investors tracked the company's continued Bitcoin accumulation and capital-raising ability. MicroStrategy's U.S. dollar reserve increased to $1.4 billion as of June 21, supporting dividend and debt obligations.
