According to TechCrunch, Israeli workplace software firm monday.com cut about 20% of its workforce, or approximately 630 employees, recently to accelerate investment in its AI Work Platform. The company expects net charges of US$45 million to US$55 million from the restructuring and will reinvest the savings in AI engineering and product development.
Monday.com raised its 2026 non-GAAP operating margin outlook to 15% from 13%, while maintaining its revenue growth target at 19% to 20%. In Q1 2026, the company reported revenue of US$351.3 million, up 24% year over year, with GAAP net income of US$28 million.
