According to Bitcoin.com News, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse and company leaders rallied behind the CLARITY Act on July 22, with Garlinghouse amplifying support from Ripple Chief Legal Officer Stu Alderoty. Garlinghouse stated: "My thoughts exactly... Perfect can't be the enemy of good. Let's get this done!" describing the bill as featuring stronger anti-money laundering requirements and enforcement tools for law enforcement agencies.
Support for the CLARITY Act has expanded beyond Ripple, with more than 200 organizations, including Coinbase and Fidelity, calling for Senate action. Over 1,200 technology firms have also urged lawmakers to establish a federal crypto framework, while Stand With Crypto has mobilized grassroots advocacy efforts to pressure lawmakers on the legislation.
