Russia Says Europe Unlikely to Offer Constructive Mediation on Ukraine

According to Russian satellite news agency TASS, on July 5, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Galuzin stated that Europe is unlikely to provide constructive ideas for resolving the Ukraine crisis. Galuzin noted that European leaders frequently call for "dialogue" with Russia to address the conflict, but simultaneously advocate for "strategic strikes" against the country, describing this contradictory logic as evidence that Europe cannot offer meaningful solutions.
