Samsung Small Shareholders Urge National Pension to Vote on 40 Trillion Won Bonus on July 21

According to the minority shareholder platform Act, Samsung Electronics small shareholders submitted a letter to South Korea's National Pension Service (NPS) on July 21, calling for the fund to exercise shareholder rights regarding a controversial 40 trillion won special management performance bonus for the semiconductor division. The letter expressed concerns about the bonus deal and urged the NPS to fulfill its fiduciary responsibilities ahead of the shareholder vote.
