Satsuma Shareholders Approve Bitcoin Liquidation, London Delisting on July 20

Satsuma Technology PLC shareholders voted on July 20 to approve the unwinding of the company's bitcoin treasury and delist from the London Stock Exchange. The capital return resolution passed with 90.63% support (7.87 billion votes in favor vs. 813.7 million opposed), while the delisting resolution carried with 90.59% support. The board will now liquidate Satsuma's remaining bitcoin holdings of approximately 668 BTC and return substantially all capital to shareholders. Under the agreed timetable, the listing cancellation is set for September 14, with capital payments and CREST transfers scheduled by September 28.
