Securitize Obtains SEC Investment Adviser License, Expanding Regulated Business Offerings

According to CoinDesk, Securitize Capital, a subsidiary of US tokenization firm Securitize, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an investment adviser. The registration enables Securitize to work with asset managers and institutional investors deploying onchain strategies while expanding its existing regulated businesses, which include broker-dealer, alternative trading system, transfer agent, and fund administration services.
