According to Acti on June 30, the Singapore-based AI keyboard startup raised $5.3 million in seed funding led by BITKRAFT Ventures. The company plans to use the funds to hire engineers, improve on-device AI capabilities, and expand its Skill ecosystem and developer community.
Acti's keyboard enables users to trigger programmable "Skill Keys" by long-pressing letters to run multi-step tasks such as translating text, inserting meeting links, and retrieving information without leaving the app. The startup launched on both iOS and Android, with early-access users creating over 1,000 Skills within two weeks.
