According to Bloomberg Television, Nasdaq President Nelson Griggs stated that SK Hynix's recent successful listing is encouraging other international companies to consider conducting initial public offerings or issuing American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) in the United States. Griggs identified two categories of foreign issuers interested in entering the U.S. market: early-stage enterprises without prior listings, and mature companies already listed domestically that are exploring secondary U.S. ADR offerings.
