SK Hynix Raises $26.5 Billion in Nasdaq IPO, Sets Record for Foreign Company Listing in U.S.

According to Bloomberg, SK Hynix raised $26.5 billion through American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) in its U.S. listing, setting a record for the largest foreign company IPO in the U.S. The company priced each ADR at $149 per share, issuing 177.9 million ADRs, with each ADR equivalent to one-tenth of a Seoul-listed ordinary share.
