According to Maeil Business Newspaper, SpaceX traded at its lowest level of $145.30 on July 10, down 36% from the intraday high of $225.64 recorded last month but still 8% above its IPO price of $135. The majority of early investors are now in loss positions, with average losses of -15% as of July 9, according to NH Investment & Securities data.
SpaceX's first-month performance is comparable to other Magnificent 7 companies' IPO debuts. Meta declined 17% one month after its 2012 listing, while Amazon's stock gained only 6% in the same period. However, Nvidia, Apple, Google, Microsoft, and Tesla all outperformed SpaceX with first-month gains ranging from 20% to 75%.
