Spot Crypto ETFs Lose $281 Million on July 1 as Bitcoin Redemptions Extend Losing Streak

On July 1, U.S. spot crypto exchange-traded funds recorded $280.7 million in combined net outflows, with Bitcoin ETFs leading the decline by shedding $296.0 million. BlackRock's IBIT lost $219.4 million, Grayscale's GBTC lost $62.8 million, Fidelity's FBTC declined $51.0 million, and ARK 21Shares' ARKB shed $39.9 million. The redemptions marked the seventh consecutive negative session for Bitcoin ETFs since June 23, with cumulative outflows totaling approximately $2.47 billion over that period.

Ether and Solana ETFs posted modest gains. Ether ETFs attracted $14.8 million, led by BlackRock's ETHA with $36.6 million inflows, while Solana ETFs added $0.5 million primarily through Bitwise's BSOL.
