Standard Chartered Calls Bitcoin at $64K a "Screaming Buy," Maintains $100K Year-End Target

According to Standard Chartered's Geoffrey Kendrick, Bitcoin near $64,000 is a "screaming buy" and the firm maintained its $100,000 year-end target. Kendrick said recent concerns over MicroStrategy's Bitcoin sales should be viewed as a "communication challenge" rather than a major threat, arguing the debate centers on how the company is repositioning its BTC as collateral for preferred stock issuance. MicroStrategy remains the largest Bitcoin treasury firm, holding 843,775 BTC after selling more than 3,500 BTC recently.
