Zelensky Proposes Meeting Putin in Konstantinovka; Kremlin Says City Under Russian Control

According to Russian officials, Ukrainian President Zelensky proposed on July 4 that Putin could meet him in Konstantinovka if the city remained under Russian control. Kremlin spokesperson Peskov responded that Konstantinovka was now under full Russian control and that Russia welcomed such an expression of intent. Peskov added that if Zelensky wished to visit, he should come to Moscow, as that is Russia's capital, reiterating that Putin has repeatedly offered to meet Zelensky there.
